EMMA HOWDEN
guidance for the soul

Remember Who You Really Are

We live in a world with great disconnection, separated from nature, each other and our own selves. This way of living causes pain, disease and a fragmented feeling of self.

Healing is the coming back together of all the parts, reconnecting with the land and nature beings and the inner wisdom that lives inside everyone of us.

Together, we can find the path that transforms your life through the heart of your soul

Meet Emma

Emma's journey to offering soul guidance sprang from her own search for personal healing. Through relentless inner emotional and mental pain and confusion she was driven to find a new way of living.

Emma guides individuals through journeys of reconnection, exploration and soul work. Engaging with ancient shamanic ceremony and ritual, wild nature connection and energic healing techniques she brings safety and support for individuals to find their truth, heal wounds and embody their gifts. TESTIMONIALS

"Emma holds the type of space that encompasses the spirit and body in a greatly respectful and warm silence; a silence that sends an inviting call through every cell and sense – to be seen, felt and supported. Emma's natural ability to do this arrives out of her grounded and whole presence; Its wise, it feels old, filled with other lives and deep medicine. I have experienced many sacredly held containers with her, and explored many deep and ancient recesses of my body and spirit self. Uncovering hidden energies, ancient primal allies and shifting heart wounds and energy blocks. As a shamanic man, I am very selective about who I allow into my deeper energies and spirit support. And there has never been any hesitation to allowing Emma's magic and facilitation take me on sacred space holding journeys. If you have the chance to enter into Emma's offering – take it. Your spirit will thank you greatly."

How does Shamanic and Nature based work bring healing?

THE PRACTICE: We are nature beings, in deep relationship with all that is around us but we have forgotten this and how to live in a connected way. Bringing our focus back in line with the true reality of ourselves and our connection to nature and ourselves begins to pull all the parts of us back together, we start to remember who we have always been and the voice of our soul becomes clearer, giving us guidance to a life that ignites the spirit within. Shamanism is a powerful and ancient tradition that was embodied and lived by indigenous cultures for survival, health, rebalancing energies in nature and self and spiritual connection. It is a way of being that encompasses the energetics that exist outside of the limitations of time and space, the physical and symbolic worlds and hence enables connection with the root cause of physical manifestations, such as discomfort and disease. Shamanism connects you back with your soul where you hold the deep wisdom you need to navigate this human experience. Read more about Shamanism here...

THE PRACTITIONER: Emma has spent many years engaging in the practices that enable healing to occur. She continues to be a student of exploration in altered states of consciousness, imagination, reframing, nature connection, community building and energy healing. Additionally, Emma's life experiences have helped her understand the human condition. Read more about Emma's experience here...

THE CLIENT: The third factor in sessions is you. Being ready and willing to work and show up for yourself will bring results.

Acknowledging the traditional custodians and First Nations people of the land of the Central Coast, all of Australia and the entire planet Earth. Honouring their sacred practices and acknowledging all the occurrences (known and unknown) around the globe that disconnected the indigenous people from their practices, land and self. Giving thanks in heartfelt gratitude to these people and their way of living in a respectful reciprocal relationship with their country, waterways, animals, plants, elements, sky realms, spirit and themselves and offering my deepest respect to the ancestors, elders and the sacred sites of this land.
